Ideal Day Shape

  • Morning: one intentional activity
  • Midday: food + wandering
  • Afternoon: optional second activity OR rest
  • Evening: open / social / local choice

Rules

  • One “must-do” per day max
  • If energy dips, stop early
  • Weather decides outdoor vs indoor
  • No guilt for skipping planned ideas

Success Criteria

A good day means:

  • We walked comfortably
  • We ate well
  • We weren’t rushed
  • Photos happened naturally

Not everything needs to be “covered.”
