- Morning: one intentional activity
- Midday: food + wandering
- Afternoon: optional second activity OR rest
- Evening: open / social / local choice
Rules
- One “must-do” per day max
- If energy dips, stop early
- Weather decides outdoor vs indoor
- No guilt for skipping planned ideas
Success Criteria
A good day means:
- We walked comfortably
- We ate well
- We weren’t rushed
- Photos happened naturally
Not everything needs to be “covered.”
