Quiet residential area in southern Tokyo — Ōta Ward, between Shinagawa and Haneda. Lower density than central Tokyo. Local shops, konbini, and restaurants within walking distance.
Key access point: Ōmorimachi Station (大森町駅) on the Keikyu Main Line — ~5 min walk from the house. From there everything in Tokyo is reachable via Shinagawa (the big transfer hub, 7 min north).
